My little guy has very high energy. It doesn't calm him or relax him. I do like that it hydrates the skin and he likes the popping sound that it makes.

I really like this, but you go through the bag SO fast. I also don’t think it improved my baby’s sleep.

Not impressed! The packaged had a huge split in it and a lot of the contents dumped out in the shipping box. Huge mess when opened. Also, I didn't notice any type of popping. False advertising!

These are nice bath flakes and smell lovely and calming. I would say though that they don't really pop so my kids were a little disappointed. I would still buy again though for a calming bedtime bath

Children love the popping sound. I like the chance to give them some magnesium and a relaxing lavender scent before bed.

Unsure if this actually helps my little one sleep longer/through, but I love the smell and I also love that it has popping candy in - it makes it a fun bathtime addition. Willing to try any product on the market that could potentially help my 1 year old sleep through the night 😂
