Seems effective, but not a fan of gummies
Seems to work pretty well. I just wish they would make it in pill form. They taste too sweet, and I don't understand why a vitamin needs sugar anyway.

Great product
My hair has been getting thinner as I get older plus I have thyroid issues. I’ve tried a lot of supplements even Weem. I have only been taking this for a week and my hair fall is less and my hair feels noticeably different. Plus it’s cost effective and has a great rating on SuppCo which tests the quality of vitamins. I am so happy with this product. My nails used to break all the time, especially after getting acrylics. This vitamin really boosts nail strength. It also helps my skin bounce back from period breakouts. My hair already grows fast, but with this vitamin I am getting like 6 plus inches of growth a year.
