Go to “lovemybubbles.com” they have padding You can buy seperately and they have the sticky kind You wear alone, silicone or foam butt or hip pads that You wear with a panty and I get mine from them

Does this lift enough that it could lift your butt above the tailbone? I am very thin and my tailbone sticks out a bit-looking for padding and lift

I don't think it does any lifting. Just adds padding to make butt look fuller.

Where can you get extra or bigger pads?

Wish I knew, that would be nice or maybe use 2 more of the same size that they were made with.

Are butt pads removeable oe non removeble

Yes they are removeable! These are the most comfortable pair I've tried so far and unfortunately I've tried my share. I don't care for the cheeks out pairs but these I'll be able to wear after getting the workout results that I'm looking for. Just remove the pads!!
