Quality Ingredients, Though Benefits Take Time
The Regina Premium Fresh Royal Jelly Soft gel Capsules appears to be a well-made supplement with quality ingredients. It’s difficult to judge the effects straight away, as products like this usually take time before you notice any real difference. From the description and information provided, the combination of organic royal jelly and acacia honey sounds like a healthy option. The capsules are convenient to take, and overall it seems like a solid product if you’re looking to add royal jelly to your routine

Softgel format makes it easy to take each morning
I tend to be quite particular with supplements, so before even opening the bottle I spent a moment reading through the ingredient list. The combination of royal jelly, wheat germ oil, and honey stood out since it's a bit different from the usual single-ingredient capsules I take. Inside the bottle the capsules are a light golden colour and have that smooth, slightly glossy look typical of oil-based softgels. They're about an average capsule size. What I noticed right away is that they don't have the usual hard capsule shell - the outer layer is soft and flexible, which is what you'd expect with softgels. Because of that texture they're comfortable to swallow. I usually take mine with breakfast and a glass of water, and the capsule goes down easily without any strong taste or aftertaste. The label lists one capsule per day, which I appreciate. Keeping things simple makes it much easier to stay consistent with supplements. Per capsule the ingredients listed are: Wheat Germ Oil (cold pressed) - 251 mg - NRV not established - oil derived from wheat germ Soybean Oil - 115 mg - NRV not established - carrier oil in the blend Royal Jelly - 200 mg - NRV not established - a bee-derived ingredient commonly used in supplements Yellow Beeswax - 65 mg - NRV not established - helps give the softgel structure Acacia Honey - 20 mg - NRV not established - adds a mild sweetness Lecithin - 13.4 mg - NRV not established - emulsifier that helps combine the oils I've been keeping the bottle near the kettle so I remember to take it with breakfast. Since it's only one softgel, it fits easily into a daily routine without feeling like another complicated supplement to manage. Overall, it's a straightforward one-a-day supplement with a softgel format that's easy to take and a blend of bee-derived ingredients and oils that feels a little different from typical capsules.

Powerful
This is a very deceptive supplement, but in a good way. We all know, that honey is natural medicine, that can help you through many common sickness. However, this is the more potent version of the regular honey. You can consider it as a highly concentrated multivitamin. Unfortunately it's multivitamin nature prevent us from quickly notice it's effects, but if you ever used honey to deal with a common cold, then you know what to expect from this one. It's a bit expensive at first glance, but considering, what it is, I think the price tag is justified.

Somewhat expensive, and unclear about the sustainability
I find it difficult to rate a supplement and it's quality, especially with only a months worth, but I will give my thoughts on what I can. Firstly, I received this courtesy of the Amazon Vine program, but they are currently retailing for about £25 a bottle. I find this is a quite expensive prospect for only 30 days worth, given you will likely want to keep taking them for at least 4-6 months a year (if for seasonal immune support). I am unclear whether to 200mg of royal jelly daily is proven to have the level of beneficial effect that the price point would imply. More pressingly, at a time when bees are on the decline, there is a worryingly absence of information regarding the sustainability of this produce, the harvesting methods used, and how this affects the bee colonies from which the product is taken from. As a matter of conscience, this product leaves me uneasy.

Premium Quality Royal Jelly (But The Lid Is A Workout!)
I decided to try Regina Premium Fresh Royal Jelly as a natural supplement for general wellness, and overall I’ve been impressed with the quality. The dosage is simple at one capsule per day, and the pack of 30 gives a convenient one-month supply. The softgels are well made, easy to swallow with a glass of water, and there’s no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. They do state that you can chew them if you prefer. I tried this once and got a subtle-tasting liquid, but then I was left with an empty, tasteless capsule in my mouth and I wasn’t sure if I was meant to swallow it or spit it out, so I won’t be doing that again! Swallowing them whole is definitely the better option in my opinion. The product feels premium, with clear labelling and organic royal jelly sourced from Australia, plus the addition of acacia honey. I also like that the 10-HDA content is clearly specified at a minimum of 6%, which is one of the main things people look for when choosing a royal jelly supplement. The dark tube packaging is great for keeping light out, but I found the lid quite difficult to remove, you definitely need strong fingernails to get it off. In use, I didn’t expect anything dramatic or instant, and I think supplements like this are usually more of a slow and steady addition to your daily supplement routine. It’s been easy to take and I’ve had no negative side effects from using it. It’s marketed around supporting immunity, energy and cellular health, and I’d personally see it as something you take regularly over time rather than expecting immediate results. Overall, I think the value for money is reasonable for a premium supplement of this type, considering the quality of the ingredients. It’s a high quality, easy to use royal jelly supplement and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reputable, premium option in royal jelly softgels, just be ready for a fight to get the lid off!
