Received Old Inventory: Setup QR Codes and Coupons Are Expired

The brush itself works as expected but everything inside the box told a different story. The included coupons were long expired, and none of the QR codes for setup or subscription activation led anywhere useful. Doesn’t sync through app.
So, I bought this toothbrush excited, because it would connect to the app and show me where I needed help the most. Originally I brought the quip toothbrush that doesn’t have the bluetooth built in, but I returned it to buy this one. Upon opening the box and trying to set it up, it immediately showed up in the app. But, when it’s time to brush or sync in to the app, it says it cannot sync. I’ve tried millions of times throughout many days. I’m just frustrated because I could’ve kept the first toothbrush that I bought if the bluetooth wasn’t going to work. Anyways, 3 stars because it does make your teeth feel really clean all day. So I give them points for that.
