Love these, soft minty flavor that isn’t too overwhelming. Helps with dry mouth and cavity prevention and bad breath. The alternative sugar xylitol is the main ingredient and I find it has long lasting effects.

Good tasting mints. The xylitol is so much better than sugar and better for your teeth. Really good mints.

I like these because of the minty taste and no sugar , but xylotol. that is why I choose because I use just before bed to lubricate my mouth. I gave 4 stars because I enjoy spearmint over the peppermint that I just purchased.

I like these because they are sweetened with Xylitol which is supposed to help slow down the growth of bacteria in the mouth. Years ago my dentist told me anything with Xylitol is beneficial for oral health. I have the autoimmune condition, Sjogren's, which causes dry mouth, and I let these mints dissolve slowly in my mouth to help alleviate some of the dryness. I think they have a pleasant taste.

Recommended by Dr. Ellie Phillips to improve dental health. Giving it a try! I'm taking 4 tabs (2mg of Xylitol) after each meal. Of course, not to replace teeth brushing and other recommended maintenance. Label states "No Artificial Flavors or Colors". Smooth teeth surface sensation so far! Excellent taste and easily dissolves in my mouth.

Very nice and refreshing

Very helpful as someone with chronic dry mouth from Sjogren’s Syndrome, as it helps to produce more saliva. I chew them after meals and hold one in my cheek at night to slowly dissolve. My mouth is quite sensitive to spice and strong flavours like mint, but I don’t find this to be too strong. The flavour is very nice as well.

Nice product. But too expensive, labeled as 250 mints but it suggests you take 2 per serving, combined with the high price this is early expensive considering the relatively cheap base ingredients used.

I like that it is convenient to carry around. Use it to improve my dental (gums and potential cavities). It taste nice and refreshing.

They are excellent, I highly recommend them and I will definetely but them again! I bought them because recently I have been diagnosed with parodontal disease and I was looking for diferența non-toxic ways to look after my teeth. This îs how I came across Dr. Ellie Philips and her podcasts and recommendations. So, I bought the zellies straight away as they have been formulated by a dentist. I have also read a bit more about the benefits of xylitol and it all made dense. I am extremely pleased with the product, only a few days after using it my teeth felt cleaner. After a couple of weeks of using them my teeth did not feel sensitive anymore. I use them as Dr. Ellie advices, after meals and in the evening after brushing my teeth. They make such a big difference to my teeth health! They are also very practical, I can easily use them when eating out. Some of my friends also tried them and liked them. Definetely this product has become part of my dental care routine, I will buy them again and again. Thank you Dr. Ellie!
