Can you use this on stainless steel edges that are sharp so I wouldnt get cut? Will it stick good to stainless steel also?

This tape will stick to Stainless steel as long as it is not oily. It can be cut with a knife so it depends. You can’t beat Kevlar for cut protection.

Will this tape cut my hand like aluminum tape has in the past with sharp edges?

No, this tape won't cut your hand. This fiberglass tape is thicker than regular aluminum foil tape, so the edge of it is very soft and smooth.

does it have latex in it?

In don't know what the glue is made from but there is no latex rubberized part if that is what you mean.

will this work for securing 6" aluminum bubble wrap wrapped on portable ac unit hose?
