I have been using this magnesium for about four months. I take it every evening and my quality of sleep has improved. It's easy to swallow and no tummy issues.

Easily the best value for a clean Mag Glyc. These work so well for their intended purpose of supporting sleep health and Vitamin D metabolism. I did notice some drowsiness in the mornings at first when my magnesium was really low, but after a few days my levels improved and they only worked to support restful sleep as intended. Now I split the daily dose and take one in the morning with my other supplements and one at night before bed. Bonus that these have no silicone dioxide.

Just ordered my 2nd bottle. Helps my muscles the next day after working out. I've noticed it especially helps my leg cramps. Great for sleep too. I notice I wake up in the morning feeling more relaxed

This product is AMAZING! I've struggled with sleeping problems for years, and this has helped me tremendously with stomach issues. It has also helped with stress and my restless legs. I just bought my mom a bottle. I 100% recommend.

I am happy with this product and use it for sleep issues. It does not make me sleepy, but it helps me sleep more soundly. I take 2 capsules at night. I did ask my PCP before starting it, as I take a lot of medication and have several health issues.
