I love the ideas in this book for using up materials in a fun way! Instructions are clear and the crafts are super fun!

This book is an amazing tool for rainy day, crafty day or any day at all really! It's full of fun craft ideas. It has the pages with templates ready to be cut out which makes it really easy for any skill level! I have 5 year old and 2 year old and they both have a lot of fun picking their next craft (it has plenty of colorful pictures) and practicing their cutting, gluing and coloring skills!

This book provides beautiful templates and all you have to do is color, cut them out and use the easy instructions to turn them into cute crafts. Many fun ideas!

I was impressed by the quality of this craft book! The photos are beautiful, the crafts are simple yet creative and there are even templates in the back for kids to cut out and color themselves. Overall, my 4 kids are excited to dive in and make all of the wonderful crafts in this book. Highly recommend!!

This book has become an instant hit in our house! The directions are simple and clear, and the templates are fantastic! My 7-year-old made 3 crafts the very first day, and I love that she is using the items she made for pretend play too. Every parent needs one, and it would make a wonderful gift too!

This book is nice but the first one is the best.

Today was a snow day from school, and we had just come in from sledding outside and finished some hot chocolate and cookies. I knew we needed a simple activity, yet I didn't want to just turn on the TV. I instantly remembered Kimberly McLeod's book, 'Cut & Color Crafts For Kids'. We flipped through it and saw the bookmarks craft, and instantly went from hot chocolate mustaches and pink noses to crafting in a matter of a couple minutes. They had a great time individualizing their bookmark, were so proud of it and couldn't wait to use it during our family reading time! They noticed a couple other crafts that they have put post-its on, to do after school on other days this week. They're so simple and so much fun, they will make great activities during dinner prep. I have Kim's other book 'Fun and Easy Crafting with Recycled Materials,, I loved that book and I knew I'd love this Cut and Color Crafts with all the amazing templates and simple ideas. It put big smiles on our faces and was a great way to end a snow day. Not only does this book have simple, creative ideas, but the book itself is so well organized and aesthetically pleasing! She does have the most wonderful ideas for kids and families alike!

My daughters (5 and 7) absolutely love the crafts in this book. Their favourites are the popsicle stick ballerinas and the various egg carton scenes. (My favourite is the scrap paper hedgehog.) As a parent, I appreciate that these ideas are low mess and use up recycled materials we have on hand. Thank you for such creative ideas and templates! Highly recommend to anyone with young school age children in their life.

Lots of ideas for activities for hoildays

My almost 4yr old is loving this book! Easy set up (just need the book and some basic supplies), easy instructions (he follows the pictures as he can’t read yet), and he is really enjoying the colouring and cutting. I help with some of the cutting, but that’s ok as we enjoy creating together and he’s having a lot of fun. We’ve done a new craft each morning since receiving the book. He wakes up asking to do one each day!

My grandchildren just love doing these crafts! Such creative and beautiful projects. Keeps us all busy while I babysit. I have both of the authors books.
