Missing 1 piece
I received my order today and am happy with the product BUT it was supposed to be a package of 6 Turnbuckles and I only received 5.I would have like the extra one sent to me BUT there is no selection in the returns process to do that. What a hassle. I would have to return the 5 that I am happy with and then order all over again.I went through the return process hoping that at some point there would be an option for me to get the missing Turnbuckle, but there wasn't.Also when I got to the end of the process, the amount they were going to refund me did not match the amount paid for the item. It was actually more. Who needs these hassles.I don't know if this is an Amazon issue or if it a seller issue, but it's really ANNOYING.Other than that everything was good. Order arrived on time and product was what I ordered except for being short 1 item
