Used for 5 days before heading out for a vacation. I did have some minor niacin flushing early on the got almost unnoticeable by day 5.I did notice an increase in energy level and an overall increase in vitality.

Product arrived in a very timely fashion and is tasty and easy to use. Just not sure if I'm feeling anymore energetic because of it.

This is a great product that I take every time I go to the gym I have a scoop in a water bottle and it's great for energy and to push those reps the only issue that I have is the cup to scoop it out is very long and you might need to bend it to fit inside the cup to close it but besides that it is a great product I will buy this again
