In this day and age and even with Trading Standards and Advertising Authority diktats governing what you can do and say when your promote a product, it is nevertheless very dispiriting to to keep finding products of all hues that simply don't work or 'does not do what it says on the tin'..but here I am delighted and incredibly surprised to find a small gel that not only did what it promised from the outset but which also solved my somewhat embarrassing and potential problems. Without being too graphic I was aware of the sudden appearance of a lump the size of a small gob-stopper and thought, 'oh here we go, hello hospital' as this is obviously a pile (and then some!) that must be dealt with surgically and I resigned myself to a somewhat uncomfortable visit to my GP followed by an even more uncomfortable hospital appt. to have the bloomin' thing removed! However I had heard about this Preparation H product (albet the by-product of passing pub jokes) and thought I'd give it a try..having also tried several other 'well known high street remedies' lately (that did not work)....and I am truly amazed to say that it actually worked and some three weeks after first using it the large lump has completely gone away. I could not beleive it when at the of the first week said gob stopper-sized lump felt smaller but it was and by the end of the second week of regular gel use, it was half the size and now a month on I am incredibly lump-free and generally feeling much more comfortable in 'that area'!!. I don't yet know if this is a permamently happy state of affairs but I continue to use the gel daily as instructed and will continue to do so on a permanent basis (just in case!) as at the price of the gel is certainly not expensive. So if you have been suffering in silence, (or embarrassment), like me..give it a go and you never know, you too may have a great outcome like I did..good luck!!

Really good stuff,absorbs well and not as messy as others, only been using for a few days but have noticed the difference already, working better than other creams I've paid double for

I only ever use this one but you can't get in any shop this size no skin irritation value for money as small size cost almost as much
