Very impressed by the quality of these knives. They feel sturdy, well made, and have been a definite upgrade in my kitchen. The set looks smart, keeps everything together neatly, and feels like a worthwhile addition rather than something that will just sit on the counter unused. They are very sharp.

I’ve used a fair few knife sets, but this Ninja Foodi set is a massive step up in terms of build quality and design. The knives have a nice weight to them and feel very well-balanced in the hand, which makes a big difference when you're doing a lot of prep work. This is by far the best knife set we have ever owned. The knives are very sharp and are well balanced in the hand, also the sharpener in the knife block is very good. Would recommend this set of knives.

These were recomended to me by a friend. Said friend nearly lost a finger by not paying attention when using these knives and ended up in hospital nearly minus a diget. The surgeon repairing his tendon said it was the cleanest cut he'd ever seen with a kitchen utensil. Having bought them I can confirm they are deadly sharp. Dinner prep is a breeze and i've seen the chef knife reduce large cuts of tough meat and a swead to ribbons (and a grown man to tears). Their handles are weighty and feel nicely balanced when using to chop, dice or nearly remove your fingers through inattentivness and they have a stylish finish that makes you look like a professional that knows how to cook. The block is excillent for keeping the knifes sharp and most importantly your fingers safe. Like anything it takes some getting used too but i really dont feel I could go back to my old set. The scissors are excellent for trimming fat or decimating herbs if that's what you're into. Honestly some of the best knives I've used and with some care they should last a life time. If you don't know a friend to recomend them after nearly loosing a body part then let me be the one to tell you these are worth every penny. But, a word of caution, do not make my friends mistake. These aren't your cheapo, dull, kitchen tools and they will require attention when using lest you want to end up fingerless. Also don't make my mistake and under estimate them, these are professional grade tools for a domestic price tag. I didn't loose a finger by my favourite teatowel is a gonner.

After accidentally leaving my beloved Global knives behind in Ireland when moving back to England, I found myself adrift and knife-less. I know some people enjoy the ritual of sharpening, but for me it's pure admin. I hate it. And don't even get me started on flattening whetstones with a leveling stone, it's just not my idea of a good time. So thought I'd take a punt on this Ninja knife block with integrated sharpener. I already own a small army of Ninja appliances and love every one of them, so this felt like a safe bet. The knives are solid, well balanced, and satisfyingly weighty, genuinely worthy replacements for my much missed Globals. They came razor sharp out of the box and, crucially, they hold their edge brilliantly. The built-in sharpener is so convenient, and is just perfect for someone who hates manual sharpening as much as I do. A few swipes and you're back in business; no stones, no soaking, no faff. You can also replace the sharpening wheel, which they recommend you do every two years to keep it sharpening your knives as effectively as possible. They're also excellent value for money, especially compared my old Globals. Also, I clumsily sliced the top of my thumb off in the first week. Guess my muscle memory isn't what it used to be. 10/10, would buy again. 🔪✨

Very well balanced and sharp set. Good looking set of knives, Just beware of the corner of the blade near the handles, its sharp and can/will catch you out!

These knives really are fantastic, very sharpe so be careful block is space saving on the counter and looks amazing the sharping wheel included is a fantastic idea and the build of the knives is an investment they surely will last 10 years and well above. The knives are very comfortable to use I would estimate they are the best knives I have ever had

Got them in a sale so worth the cost (bit pricy otherwise). Well made knives and the sharpener seems to work (albeit a bit gimmicky if you prefer to sharpen 'by hand'). So reviews seem to thin the scissors break - not true, they simply come apart for cleaning and reassemble for use. Not an issue!
