Exactly what I was looking for! Much lighter than terry cloth, in a good way! Soft and absorbent but dries quickly. Quality fabric and construction. This is the answer for older folks who are finding a heavy towel difficult to manipulate! Am replacing all my ordinary bath towels with these! Wish they sold matching hand towels as I would buy them, too!

This over-sized towel has been great for me. I am very sensitive to chemicals used for sizing, dyes, wrinkle resistance, and mold prevention. I can’t use items with that stuff in it. This neutral-colored Turkish towel doesn’t bother me at all! Additionally, it’s silky smooth, beautifully woven and sturdy, and lovely to look at. A genuinely classy looking item that I can tolerate, and a great value! I recommemd it highly. Judith Harmon

I wanted to wait until I had used and washed these towels before submitting a review. I had never purchased this type of towel before but I wanted them for two reasons 1) we go camping in an RV and I wanted towels that didn’t take up a lot of room and dried quickly 2) my expensive washer bangs when I put my regular towels in it and I didn’t want to wear out my appliance. The towels arrived very nicely packaged and on the scheduled day stated when ordered. When I took them out I was pleased with their size, thickness and appearance. Upon using them they took just a day or two to get use to, they aren’t as thick as regular towels however they were absorbent enough to get the job done. When I washed them I was very pleased, no banging in my washer and they dried in my drier very fast. After washing they looked as good as when I purchased them, no shrinkage, no pilling, even softer than they were prior to being washed. After I use them after I shower I hang them behind my bathroom door, they look nice but I think they are a little slower to dry than I had hoped due to a lack of air circulation behind the door , not the fault of the towels. They do dry, just not fast, but again I think that’s a location issue and not a towel issue (reason I only took one star off) and by the next day they are perfectly dry and smell fresh and clean. I purchased the matching hand towels once I decided how much I liked these towels. I am very happy with this purchase, I would buy these towels again from this distributor. As a result of the benefits listed above I don’t see myself returning to the former heavier type of towel in the future.

Great value! The towel was soft right out the package. The tassels were great and double knotted. So washed well. The color was amazing. Will buy over and over again.

Love, love these towels they have gotten softer with every wash. The colors are great. My only complaint. I wish they made more designs so I could buy even more lol perfect for the beach or the home don’t doubt them when you get them. They are definitely thinner than regular towels and you might be tempted to send them back. Don’t they are super absorbent and like I said, get softer with every wash and take up so much less space in my cabinet at less time in the dryer.

I had been bombarded on social media with ads for two Turkish cotton towel companies. But they were SO expensive that I shopped on Amazon to find a cheaper alternative. These are great! I am generally a use-once-and-wash person, although my husband uses his towel for repeated dryings. With these, I can use them more than once and they don't feel stiff or "crusty." They absorb well and dry quickly. The colors are vibrant and the towels are beautiful. I came here on Amazon today to buy more, and thought I'd leave a review. Perhaps the pricey towels are better in some ways, but since I don't really go to the beach, or have picnics or whatever, I really just needed bath towels, and these are great. And I love the bigger size than terry cloth towels. I did wash multiple times at first, once with vinegar, to avoid the lint (of which there was a LOT) but now they are fine. UPDATE: I ordered the white-beige towels, which have less dye, and I find them to be lint-y-er than the colored towels I have. I washed them the same, but they are still a bit pill-y. Other than that, they are the same.

It is perfect for my very small bathroom. Terry towels are far too bulky , thst us take up too much space. Plus these towels dry me after a bath and shower better than a terry towel. I have bold black and white striped shower curtains and matching bathroom curtain . The black and white towel stylishly completes the decor plus they are soft and become softer after washing and line drying . This is the first time for me to be raving about towels - because they are excellent!

Aunque no parece una típica toalla me encanta porque es muy livianita y absorbe el agua perfectamente. Las toallas muy esponjosas, además de que para mí son pesadas, siento que solo embarran el agua en el cuerpo y no secan bien. Este no es el caso con estas toallas, secan bien, son muy suaves y livianas. Si de plano no te acostumbras a usarlas como toalla, sirven como cobijita, para ponerlas en la arena o hasta como decoración para un sillón, son muy versátiles. ¡Ah! Se pueden lavar en lavadora, solo se recomienda no echar suavizante, curiosamente al echarles suavizante se ponen tiesas y al lavarlas sin suavizante se van haciendo más suavecitas con cada lavada.

Great material and light can be taken anywhere all summer long. It is not heavy and very absorbent.
