Very nice heating pad! Works very well. i did not heat more than 2 minutes at most and usually just 1 minute. Excellent for my husband's shoulder and my sore foot. Not quite as good for my low back, it's too "floppy". I'm still looking for something for that! But i like this one very much for an all-purpose heating pad.
