Brilliant, instant difference in my husbands breathing. He sounded like an old fashined telephone heavy breather, if you're old enough to remember those. It was getting on my nerves so asked him lots of questions about why he did not breathe through his nose, looked up his answers on internet, they suggested theses strips as a solution. He is going to try them when he goes to sleep to see if it stops his snoring.
