What weight do you suggest for an 11 year old?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! Strength training can help kids and teens build strong muscles. Kids and teens interested in building strength should start with light weights (0.5kg or 1kg) and one or two sets of 8-12 repetitions rather than lifting a heavy load once or twice. We would recommend an 11-years-old teen starts fitness regime with a pair of 0.5kg hand weights and learn to perform proper forms first.

What weight do you recommend for under arm fat?

The weight doesn’t determine the area it affects it’s the exercise you do. It all comes down to your strength for weight of them, if just starting I’d recommend the 2s and then go up from there
