I will most likely never purchase this brand aging. Had problem with one belt pack. Contacted customer told they do not have replacement part. Now the receiver unit started cutting out in October and now in December makes it impossible to do a good recording of Church service.Contacted customer , communications is poor at best.

Bought this item to use for my event. We had continued problems with the mics cutting out in use, apparently the frequency was the issue as it occurred even in short range of use. Our event was just last week, so I am now missing the return period by a matter of a couple of days. I am hoping the manufacture will reconsider the 30 day limit considering our close I am. The deadline was October 6th and today is October 7th.

Very happy with quality for our midsize sanctuary. This system is very flexible with no signal quality loss between xlr or 1/4 inch. 8 mics on 2 channels helps with our limited console space.

After the warranty ended, the receiver stopped working just a month later. The microphones were never of high quality and would lose signal from the stage, despite being only 40 feet away from the receiver. Although we didn't expect professional quality at the time of purchase, we did expect better sound quality considering the price of over $500. Losing the receiver meant losing 8 microphones, and going back to using wired mics was inconvenient as it restricted our movement.When I contacted customer service after the warranty had expired, they were not willing to assist as the product had worked for the one-year warranty period. If you are looking for a long-term and reliable product, this is not the one for you. However, if you have $500 to spend on a mediocre product, then this is the one for you.

So I was looking for one of these at a very reasonable price. Was thinking twice about purchasing it because I don’t have much in my savings at the moment. I actually feel a lot more professional by bringing my own gear at work so the organizers would not have to worry about my necessities. Just food and drinks! Hahaha. So I ordered one of these, and it came home perfectly. From packaging to unboxing, everything was neat. It works perfectly, and it has everything the description promised included in the box! I’ve never been so happy with my online purchase, and I don’t feel like I’ve wasted that much money!

Update... I now have 3 bad belt packs and 1 bad handheld. This system for the money should last more than a couple of year. Very poor quality internals and even worse customer service...I have now had this microphone system for two years in a church setting. There are some pros to the system, but also some really bad cons as well.Pros:-Easy to use/set-up-Packed well-Handheld mics seem like descent quality especially for the priceCons:-Customer service is very poor. One handheld arrived and was missing the rubber buttons to change channels, I called the day after it arrived to request the buttons be sent or return for replacement. They stated there was nothing they could do.-I am the only person that uses the belt packs and I am very cautious and careful with them. We have now had three belt packs go bad and I am using the final one before I will now have to purchase replacements.-One belt pack smelled like burning when turned on the first time and was never usable.The belt packs were one of the primary reasons we bought this system. Now after two years I am having to buy replacements. This is poor quality and should not be the case. Customer service is no help. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND buying this product.

Hosting’s my job, and I find it a lot more convenient whenever I bring the right tools for the job. Bought myself one of these and wasn’t disappointed. Keep impressing people, Pyle!!

This is just what we were looking for! The product info is accurate; it actually does handle eight wireless channels. It works as well as any wireless system I've used in the past (and costs less!), but I have only used the system for a week (sorry, no comment for longevity). I can get a clear connection from the mics and packs at over 150 ft.BEWARE if you plan to use this in a harsh environment or outdoors. The hardware (i.e. mic cases, switches, antennae, etc.) is cheaply made. Also, the batteries that came in the box did not work. However, I can get over those things for the VALUE of this system. This was a successful purchase.
