Been using these for over a year and they're amazing. Noticing that it has helped with swollen ankle. Getting more enjoyable nights of sleep and in the morning, I've been noticing that the patches over time got lighter and lighter in colour and they're not that dark black you would normally see on first coupe uses. I buy these in big bulks, as it's just easier to have them lying around then constantly having to order more and they're VERY easy to use. I have had no problem with the adhesion of them

No se si elimina toxicas, a ese respecto, soy un pco exceptica, lo que si es verdad , es que las noches que lo usamos el sueño es muy repador y sientes mucha mas energia al dia siguiente
