Excellent utility knife for cheap. VERY SHARP!
This product feels very well made and comes SHARP. I can literally shave with it. This is coming from a woodworking tool snob... I've been playing around with it all day - that's how nice it feels in the hand. Best $20 I've spent in a long time. I purchased it for cutting and grafting cacti, and it slices like butter. Great product and I would highly recommend it.

Super sharp will cut yourself while cleaning
Display is so sharp and looks really good. I use it for a variety of different things cutting meat. This is my blade of choice cutting fruit. This is my blade of choice cutting myself by accident when I clean the blade this is my blade of choice sharp as hell. The craftsmanship on display is great, very well, balanced and itโs very strong and sturdy.

Extremely Sharp Out of the Box
I don't typically write reviews on products, but I felt like I should write a good review about this. I bought this knife exactly 4 months ago hoping that it was going to be sharp out of the box and stay sharp for awhile and it has met that challenge. I have been using this knife frequently for the past 4 months and it has stayed extremely sharp this whole time. I bought it initially to use only for camping as it conveniently folds, but then it became my everyday knife as it performed flawlessly from the start. It is sharper than a lot of my everyday kitchen knives. It feels sturdy in the hand and the folding feature works perfect. It can easily cut meat and hard fruits like apples. I will warn you to mind the blade, I'm no chef so my knife skills are lacking and I have cut myself a couple times - that's my own fault, no fault to the knife other than it being extremely sharp.

Portable Japanese Steel, Chef.
I got this for a chef friend's secret Santa gift. He knows his knives and was jazzed. He does a lot of cooking while camping and said this was perfect.
