This thing does not live up to the hype. My guess is that the company has gone out of business and no longer provides any type of support. Save yourself your time and money and do not buy!

One of the reasons I purchased this robot vacuum was that it had a camera. I thought that it would be nice to be able to check in on my fur babies and also have my floor getting clean. However, once I connected to the app everything works except for the camera. You hit the record and trifo says the camera is on but all I'm getting is a black screen with a loading circle. I have tried reset and reconnecting but still nothing. Try to send an email to Trifo but I get error message saying try back later. When I google the issue, it seems like this problem is a reoccurring problem. I don't know if this company, is still active or not. So, if you like me, you wanted the camera feature, all I can say is good luck because mine doesn't work.Update: Not only is the camera an issue of not working but now I am having issues with the app. I have had this vacuum for about 4 days, and I could live without the camera even those it was feature I wanted, the app was working properly expect for the camera until today. When I started to get a message and a black screen stating "internet connection failure" I would get this message even when I tried to log in after uninstalling and reinstalling. No matter what I did, hit the reset button, uninstalled and reinstalled, I just keep getting the same message. It's not my internet because the app was working but then completely stopped. This vacuum may sound good and have some neat gadgets, but I would stay far away from this vacuum, I took a chance on it, but it's really not worth the money. The price still too good to be real, because it is. This vacuum doesn't deliver any of the features that it promises. Yes, it has some cool features but if they don't work, then why bother putting them in the vacuum.

I can't get app to allow notifications so I can register it. I need help. It won't send code to email or phone to register it not impressed with the brush, one already pulled out

Great little vacuum! I have used several different robot vacuums, six different brands to be exact. This one did a fairly good job. The single brush moved faster than another single brush brand vacuum that I currently use. I feel like it picked up a little more due to the increased speed of the single brush. It’s a little louder than the others but not overly loud. It did well on the plush rug in my dining room and even better job on my tile floor. It maneuvered through my dining chairs with ease! Great vacuum for the price! Would definitely recommend if you dislike sweeping and vacuuming!

Was very easy to connect it with my phone. I love how it cleaned my whole living room when I was making dinner today. From now on my heavy bulky vacuum will satay in the closet.

Camera stopped working day after I received it!!! I hate I bought it. It's not good at napping out the house either!! I emailed the company and they never responded. So I emailed them 2 more times and still no response!! Money I wasted

The media could not be loaded.  Guys I’m so excited to tell you how it is good… I can use it even if I’m at work so I just need to programming it and done it so all job for me 😅 the power you can set it up as you like less power or all power is super good I definitely will recommending it to my friends 😍

No funciona la APP, en la página oficial no te contestan para dar solución. Es una lástima, tendré que devolverla 😭. Después de varios días intentando registrarme, por fin la app funcionó. Me encanta que puedo utilizar diferentes potencias de succión, según necesite cada área. Le cambié el idioma, limpia el área que le pido a la app. Solo que no puedo ver el vídeo en tiempo real( al menos eso creí que se podía hacer) pero no importa, estoy muy feliz con mi "Robotina"

OJO COMPRE UN PAR DE ASPIRADORAS Y TODO OK PERO HACE 2 DIAS DEJO DE FUNCIONAR LA AP LO QUE HACE QUE ESTAS ASPIRADORAS NO SE PUEDAN CONFIGURAR YA QUE NECECITAS ACCESAR A LA CUENTA PARA PODER VER QUE HACEN LAS ASPIRADORAS! OJO! CUIDADO! SEGURAMENTE DEVOLVERE LAS ASPIRADORAS ! SI NO SE RESUELVE! ANTES DE COMPRAR DESCARGUEN LA APP SI LOGRAN CONECTARSE CREANDO UNA CUENTA FUNCIONARAN SI NO OLVIDENLO!!

Me encanta la potencia en el aspirado que tiene. Lo que ha fallado últimamente es la aplicación para controlar el aspirado desde mi celular y poder usar la cámara y el micrófono. Pero sigue aspirando de maravilla

Si aspira, pero la app no sirve por lo que las funciones extras que prometen no funcionan

Si me gusto porque limpia muy bien pero la aplicación no sirve y no puedo dirigirlo a donde tiene que ir a limpiar, y si se pudiera poner en contacto conmigo el vendedor estaría muy bien.
