Product was easy to install.
Easy to install. Complete with "lollies" & screws. Took me less than an hour to install 2 units. Product is of high quality. You will need a drill with concrete bit if you are fastening to a cement floor. Phillips head bit for all screws.

Very sturdy and secure wall/floor mount safety bar for seniors.
I installed this safety bar for my parents as we just had a tub to shower conversion remodel completed and this bar is perfect! Super sturdy and secure mounting to both the wall and floor. Also a bonus to have 2 horizontal bar heights as my mom can use the lower bar and my dad the upper bar.

Properly installed works well
Installed in mother's restroom and she seriously needed it. The grab bar works well as long as its Installed properly. Very satisfied with the results.

Sturdy and safety

More quality checking of sellers should be demanded by Amazon
The caps that cover where the bar rails are attached to the wall do not secure themselves, unlike other safety bars I have purchased and installed. I had to add sealant against the wall mounted section, on its facing side, so that I could make those covers stay in place. Increasingly I find that these safety bars are not quality checked and that directions for installation - like size of holes to be drilled - are either not included or are so minimal to be useless.
