★★★★★ I recently purchased this shelf from Amazon, and I have had a rather interesting experience with it. The shelf is made of synthetic wood with a relatively thin metal frame, and my first impression was overwhelmingly positive. The first shelf I received was a breeze to assemble. It's incredibly sturdy, and the design is not only functional but also visually appealing. It's remarkable how well it holds up despite its relatively slim frame. I was thoroughly impressed with its stability. However, my second purchase didn't go as smoothly. The frame arrived damaged, most likely due to its weight (approximately 100 lbs). I was understandably concerned, but that's when I had the opportunity to experience the excellent customer service this company provides. I reached out to customer service, and within just two days, I received a prompt and helpful response. They provided me with two options: they could either send a replacement part or a new parcel to pick and choose parts from. I chose the latter, and when it arrived, I found that, unfortunately, the frame was also damaged. At this point, I was left with two shelves with damaged frames, which seemed like a waste. So, I decided to get creative. I used the damaged frames from the second shipment to build the third shelf. While it may not be the most visually appealing, it serves a practical purpose. In fact, it now looks like a unique wall shelf that adds character to my space. In the end, despite the hiccup with the damaged frames, I can't help but give this product a five-star rating. The initial shelf I received is fantastic in terms of sturdiness and ease of assembly. Plus, the exceptional customer service and the creative solution I found for the damaged frames only solidify my satisfaction with this purchase. I have not one, not two, but three useful shelves that serve me well, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I absolutely love this bookshelf! It was incredibly easy to assemble (and I’m not exactly handy), and once it was put together, I was impressed by how sturdy it is. It holds a good amount of weight without wobbling and looks fantastic in my space. I’ve already gotten several compliments on it—it’s both functional and stylish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that’s modern, reliable, and doesn’t break the bank.

Oh. My. Goodness. This bookshelf defied all of my expectations! It took less than an hour start to finish to put together, and holds SO MANY books!! I have approximately 250-300 books on this shelf and still have room left over. If you anchor it to the wall, despite there only being 2 anchors, the thing doesn’t budge. I would definitely recommend trying to put the unit together as close to where you want it permanently simply because it was a bit of a hassle moving, even while empty. But with one other person helping me I had this thing built, anchored to the wall, and filled up within an hour an a half. Sturdy, beautiful, and very well made. 10/10. Will recommend to anyone who listens.

Great quality. Very sturdy. “Easy” to put together. That being said, there are almost 100 screws to put this together and if you don’t have a screwdriver with an Allen wrench attachment, the cheap little ones they give you will rip your hands and fingers apart by the time you are done. Screws were hard to guide through the metal frame but all in all, took just under 3 hours to put together myself. If I had a screwdriver with the Allen wrench attachment it would’ve gone much faster. But love the shelves! The wood is more beautiful in person than in the photo.

Love these. Easy to put together myself. Work so very well iny herbal shop. Looks very professional and gives me tons of display space. I added light light strips to show of my herb jars and make reading the labels easier for clients. I was also able to gain an extra shelf for the top by adding shelving boards which I purchased at our local big box store. They paired well with a similar design smaller 3 tier bookshelf which I also purchased from Amazon ( picture on the right) So strong and sturdy!

The package is over 100lbs and I was not sure if I can put this together myself without tools. First of all, all items arrived via Fedex well packed and no damage. Instructions were simple and clear. You dont need any extra tools. Make sure all the holes are facing the correct direction as per the instructions. Noene of the hardware was missing and all holes line up perfectly so this is very well made. Important thing if you were going to put it together yourself is to have enough space to build it by laying the structure on on the floor and just assemble 2 or 3 of the bookcase tiers, and then you can easily stand it upright and insert the rest before putting it into place. Important tip: do not overtighten the screws. Also note that some reviewer said you dont need to install the short backsplash piece but it is recommended to at least install a few of these to stabilize the whole bookcase. All in all an excellent piece for a decent price and very easy to put together, took about 2 hours or less.
