Good value, portable monitor.
I bought this portable monitor to use with a laptop and a mini PC. The monitor is light weight and comes with three cables, a USB-C to USB-C, USB-A to USB-C and HDMI to Mini HDMI. The inclusion of the cables is thoughtful and really useful. I found the monitor easy to set up, and I love that it doesn't require a power supply; making it an excellent, low energy, portable monitor solution for travelling. I use it mostly as an additional screen for software development; for text, the output is sharp and for graphics it's not too bad either. In my opinion, the colour is a little off for professional video and photo usage, but it's more than acceptable for everyday use. The refresh rate is 3 milliseconds, or 333.33Hz, which might make it suitable as a value for money, portable gaming monitor too. The monitor has speakers built in, which is a bonus for a portable monitor in this price bracket. The sound quality is not amazing, again, more than acceptable and, if I'm honest, I wasn't expecting it to have any sort of audio, so it was a bonus! One other thing I liked about this monitor is the inclusion of a sturdy, fold-around protective case which doubles as a stand. The case makes it easy for me to put the monitor into my bag and not worry about the screen becoming damaged or scratched. Overall, I'm impressed with this monitor. It is easy to set up, it's full HD and great value for money. I liked it so much that I bought another, which my partner uses for extending the display on her laptop.

Great monitor, ideal for travelling
So far, this monitor has exceeded my expectations. It is not flimsy, and the build quality is excellent. It is also very light and fits easily into a briefcase or backpack. All the cables you need are included. Connecting via the USB-C connection is easy and worked first time for me without any issues and was compatible with my Dell and Surface laptops. The resolution and image quality are good and more than adequate for working on spreadsheets etc. The magnetic flip over cover was fine, protecting the screen when not in use and doubling up as a stand. I got the monitor for approx. £75 and for this price this is excellent value for money. The 2-year warranty also gives you piece of mind. Get this if you need a second screen but do not have the space or travel a lot. You will not be disappointed.

Handy and versatile, with occasional hiccups - Solid budget pick
The ARZOPA S1 Portable Monitor is a fantastic little companion for on-the-go work or casual gaming. Its compact size and lightweight design make it incredibly easy to toss into a bag, and the included accessory cables (USB-C, mini HDMI with an adapter) mean you’re ready to plug and play right out of the box. The USB-C connectivity for both power and video is a huge plus, especially when paired with devices like laptops or gaming consoles. While the color reproduction isn’t the most vibrant I’ve seen, it’s more than adequate for everyday tasks, or casual gaming sessions, and it's pretty sharp. However, there are a few quirks. The screen occasionally loses signal, cycling between "No Signal" and the image for up to 30 seconds before reconnecting—a frustrating hiccup during critical moments. I’ve also noticed that when connecting to a Raspberry Pi, it won’t display anything until the Pi is rebooted, which isn’t an issue with other monitors, so I can't blame it on the Pi.. Perhaps mine is just a bit faulty, but I thought it was worth mentioning. The build quality of the magnetic stand is another weak point; the magnet is quite weak, and the range of angles is minimal. If you try and have it too shallow, the whole thing will just collapse, so I ended up using a separate tablet stand for stability. Despite these flaws, I do feel that this shines as a budget-friendly, portable display. For the price, the convenience and versatility outweigh the occasional annoyances. If you need a no-frills secondary screen for travel or troubleshooting, this is a solid choice—just be prepared to troubleshoot its quirks in return!

well worth the purchase price for hotdeskers looking for an extra portable screen.
I have had this screen for over a year now. I work from home three days a week and in a hot desk office for the other two. This screen has become invaluable to me when I do have to hot desk as the IT in the office is not as good as at home and I am now used to a multiple screen setup. This screen is light, slim and fits in my laptop bag with my MacBook and is so simple to use, simply plug in the USB-C cable and away you go. brilliant clarity, excellent resolution and with the stand it can be set to two different viewing angles. I highly recommend an Arzopa screen.

Excellent Portable Monitor – Great Value for the Price
I’ve been using the Arzopa portable monitor for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s lightweight, slim, and fits perfectly in my laptop bag – ideal for travel or working between locations. The 1080p Full HD display is sharp and vibrant, with surprisingly good colour accuracy for the price. I use it as a second screen for work, and it’s made multitasking much easier. Setting it up was effortless – just plug and play via USB-C, no extra drivers needed. The build quality is solid, and the included magnetic case doubles nicely as a stand. Also works great with my Switch and phone for a bit of gaming or streaming on the side. For anyone who needs an affordable second screen that doesn’t compromise on quality, I’d definitely recommend the Arzopa. Great little bit of kit.

Great Screen Stand Not so much
Got this to have a second screen for work and to use with my homelab server occasionally when I am in a pinch. The quality of the screen is great, its not Oled great but it is great, allows for some granular settings but the settings do no stick after a full unplug. Ports are plenty for connecting any modern device, and the USB PD passthrough is a great addition, it works seamlessly just plug in a type-c charging brick to one of the ports and plug the other into the machine to serve as a second screen and works like a charm. Now the bad part, the stand is well basic, but I have found that it could not hold the monitor properly and it would slide off in a couple seconds as the magnet is not strong enough, so I have 3D printed a stand and now its perfect. The screen gets quite bright and it has a switch for HDR (although it looks weird in that mode), so just use it in SDR instead that way you get better colors and the screen looks better. the 60hz 1080p setting is great as its finally not an interlaced 1080i but proper 1080p. Edit. Couple years later, here I am buying a second one of these, because this is great for a second monitor, well so to say 3rd monitor now. It has been working perfectly ever since with no issues what so ever, powered and used with a single type-c cable and never had an issue! My point still stands (except for the stand get it? ill see myself out) I had to get stands for it, I also 3d printed one style, but I found some pretty good ones that can hold them higher up!

Surprised at how good this is.
It works well with my Dell G15 running Ubuntu. I have it connected to a thunderbolt 3 hub via a usb cable for power and a hdmi cable for the video. Compact, thin, light weight. Nice case/stand. 1080p resolution. Crisp and sharp. Not used the speakers. The stand works well on my desk. The monitor sits under my huge wide screen monitor to the left of the laptop. It works well as a chat/email screen and gives me my fourth monitor without taking up much desk space. I use it for customer meetings where a projector is not available. I'm tempted to buy three more for work to get rid of the large monitors that currently sit on the floor. I only need 1080p and I've limited space. ******Edit 19/04/23****** So I've bought a second for work on the work account. That Works fine. I then bought a third one that has been returned. I'm really not happy with my time being wasted... as I had to do an 18 mile round trip to return this one. The box in hindsight had been opened. The film covering the screen was attached to the case. I initially did not think anything of it. I attached the monitor to check it worked and got a warning from the computer. So I checked the eeid information. The monitor reported it was an A1 version and when I compared the information against the others the video resolution support was a lot less. The label on the back mached. However I was not happy with an inferior specification monitor so it's been returned. Before returning I did an even closer check and found a thumb print on the monitor. My fingers very rarely leave prints (very dry skin) and I avoid touching screens in anycase. The cables also looked inferior to the ones supplied with the others; not as thick nor as long. I've attached the screenshot of the eeid information. It's the one on the right. The one on the left is one of the original monitors. In summery I think someone did a swap and returned an older model or a different model and that was sent out as new... So check everything carefully. PS. I'm happy with the two that I have. PPS. A large proportion of tech kit I buy is warehouse/referb/returns. But in these cases they will be clearly marked and as described, this was not...

Nice portable screen
I have been looking for a portable screen for some time, so when I saw this one appear it seemed to be good value given the size and the price. The item comes well packaged and with most of the cables/accessories you are likely to need. If I was to add anything to this package, I would add a mini HDMI to HDMI socket adapter or HDMI-HDMI Inline coupler as some of my devices have HDMI plugs on them which will not fit into the mini HDMI socket on the device. I managed to get it working straight away with both my Windows laptop and my Mac laptop using just the USB-C to USB-C cable with no issues, and I tried the HDMI output of my laptop too. I have not been able to get it working with my Android mobile devices as I'm guessing they do not support USB-C Video, though I did connect it to my iPhone with an HDMI adapter and had no issues. The display is clear though it could do with a little more dynamic range and some display adjustments are disabled when connected via USB-C which leaves it a little lacking in brightness/contrast/vibrance - maybe I just haven't found the controls for this on my Windows laptop when it's connected this way. For me, the audio is poor, too quiet and not as clear as it should be, though there is a headphone socket so could probably connect some better external speakers if needed. Either of the USB-C ports can be used to power the unit or connect to a device. On the whole I'm impressed and I would happily buy it again if needed.

Je cherchais un double écran pas encombrant et facile à utiliser. Celui-ci est parfait ! Il fait la taille d’un PC portable, léger, pas besoin d’une alimentation dédiée. A recommander !
