I can't have dairy so Egg Nog lattes are a no-no for the holiday season. I was surprised to find a flavoring concentrate and one that tastes so good! OK, you'r not going to confuse it for the real thing, but it is a pretty good substitute. Beware when using it - it stains.

I love this product. My hubby and I use this product for protein "eggnog" flavor shakes. Sometimes drinking protein shakes get boring and I am so glad that I found this eggnog flavor. I add rum extract and pumpkin pie spices and its just fabulous.

It comes very concentrated, which is what I was looking for.
One of the best essences for making ice cream, I loved it.

Makes a Great Vanilla Shake
I have diabetes and can't eat sugar, but I love sweet things. So I have been satisfying my sweet tooth with Diemen's Flavors. This Vanilla Creme flavoring is really good. Tastes just like Vanilla Ice Cream. I use it as flavoring. The flavoring has no sugar, but it does have color and flavoring. I use 16 oz of Unsweetened Almond Milk and add a bunch (6-8) of packets of Sucralose (zero calories and zero sugar), 1/2 Teaspoon of the Dieman Flavoring and that's it. Stir or Blend together and It is like drinking a Vanilla Milkshake and only 60 calories in a 16 oz Shake. I have the Strawberry Cream Flavoring which is great and I had Eggnog Flavoring which was awesome. I did the same recipe for Strawberry. Which tastes exactly like Strawberry Quik.

I’m not sure about this
I’m not sure how this tastes in baked goods, but I tried using it to flavor buttercream and it left a film on my tongue similar to Crisco. It unfortunately was a waste of money.

Great flavor.
Bought the eggnog extract and made holiday cheesecakes for my baking business. Everyone complimented the flavor. It does add a golden yellow color to the batter but it didn't take away from the presentation... totally will buy again
