I had a huge bleeding wound after a grafting surgery in the donor site that refused to heal for a long time, I used this and kept it for a week, the wounds now are smaller in size and less in pus, it is pretty useful, the only negative points are that they break to pieces while removing so I had to scrub it off, and that you need to apply a few layers of gauze above it to help absorb, and that I felt a lot of pain when I applied them especially in the first 3 days, but maybe that is just me. I recommend it in general.

Does what it states, have used these on a leg wound, they don’t stick to wound and they do hold a lot of gunk . Will certainly purchase again for sure

Los utilizo para una úlcera decúbito grado III ya que en el Centro de salud no los envían y sólo tienen los apósitos de Aquacel que en mi caso no son los más adecuados. Son muy efectivos y necesarios para las curas de úlceras ya que su capacidad absorbente permiten mantener el lecho de la úlcera en buen estado.

These dressings proved to be invaluable for a leg ulcer with very high levels of exudate, when my skin would not tolerate the NHS supplied products. While these are much lower priced than well-known brands like Kaltostat, they are just as effective. I would not hesitate to buy these again.
