The temperature controls are easy to use, it boils, steams and sautées at a good temperature. It’s very modern looking and I like the value for the amount I paid. Love it, the burner gets the job done !

I bought this product in May of 2024. It did work well until recently, although the burners are weak in power since each burner is 900 watts, and for a large pot of water could take 20 minutes to boil, and even longer to cook something or to make soup. The problem happened several days ago when the unit suddenly stopped working. The warranty is 18 months. And I've owned the unit for 13 months. Therefore, it was still under warranty. However, when I called to find out about an exchange or refund, I was met with total blockage, and was unable to get satisfaction. The chatbot was totally useless and went round and round. I spoke to three representatives personally, and the last one said that a special team dealing with the seller would get back to me. The whole matter was very unprofessional, not to mention very frustrating. I do not recommend this product.

This product worked great when I first got it. It was good enough to cook basic meals without an actual stove. You were not able to boil a pot of water using this cooktop by any means, but a quick meal was easy enough. Cooking did take quite a bit as the cook top did not get hot enough to cook quickly. However, I have had this cooktop for less than a year and it has already stopped working. I have tried to trouble shoot for this product but nothing helps. The cooktop will no longer turn on, none of the heating indicator lights or the red light heating plate will turn on. It is extremely disappointing as this item was a staple in my daily life and I will now have to go about finding a replacement. This item was not cheap either so for it to stop working less than a year after purchase is extremely disappointing!!

My kitchen is gutted, so I have no stove. This will allow at least some basic cooking. I definitely like the black unit much better than the bare stainless. Color matters, even when it's a long-term temporary situation. This is a very basic model, which is all that I need. On/Off switch is on the back, and each burner has its own rotating temperature switch. The photo I included with this review shows both knobs. I have it outside burning off the protective coating (as per the pre-use instructions). I saw heat waves, but never saw any smoke. But now its ready for oatmeal in the morning! This seems to be a sturdy and durable unit, and I would recommend it with a 5-Star rating for a quality product.

I bought this unit for my basement kitchenette. Unfortunately, I had to wait for renovation to be completed before opening and trying it. I’m terribly disappointed. One burner turns itself off The other takes a long time to boil even one cup of water. Not powerful. I could not return it because seller’s timeline even though the one burner is defective. I’m stuck with it.

They called us a hot plate, but it is an electric stove. It’s extremely portable, and provides excellent sheep in order to cook anything that you want to. It’s a lot more than a hot plate. Mine has double burners and it can handle just about any pot or pan that I put on here. If you have an RV, this is a fantastic addition to that. I actually like bringing this out onto my balcony and plugging it in outside so I can cook outside in the summertime and it’s just really handy.

So far so good. Surface gets much hotter than the cheaper hot plates and does a better job evenly heating pans. The only thing to be aware of is that the plate surface is a little slippery so some types of pans will slide around when you need to stir whatever you’re cooking. I noticed that cast iron pans don’t move around so much.
