The trophy wife color is exactly as shown and the color goes on smooth, dries quickly and lasts. For me, it’s a little too dry on its own so I put lip gloss of the same color on top and it’s long-lasting. It’s pricy but really looks and stays like the photos.

I bought this since I was looking for a shimmery retro/mod pink. The lipstick was sold out so I went with this. It is indeed shimmery, much more of a frost. What I didn't like, aside from the price point, was that it feels dry. I think this is common to most of these liquid lipsticks, but I just felt like it made my lips feel tacky and look like raisins. The frost of course highlights every line, so having them feel look and feel dry was not at all attractive. Who would even want to kiss that? I really wanted to love this but just didn't. I ended up throwing it away, pulling it out to try again and be sure I didn't like it and yes, it went right back into the trash.

What a huge disappointment this brand is. On top of this liquid lipstick being dry, it also does not stay on.

Only lip product l use! Color will vary on each wearer by skin tones for sure, but not a lot. This lasts me all day and l am an all day grazer, not a meal eater, so l am constantly putting something in my mouth or water bottle to my lips! I feel those who say it does not last all day may have some part of skin that won’t support it, if that makes sense. And just because it does not work for one person does not mean it won’t work for you. Yes, it’s pricey. It’s worth it. I have been using this product only since l discovered it over 5 years ago. I use a light layer of moisture under it and am good all day long. When l go to sleep at night and wash my face is when it comes off. Honestly. I have so many colors and repeat buying them. So easy to use, feels so good, the colors are gorgeous. Love this product!!!
