Seems to work - once you have got to sleep, you mostly stay asleep. Smells nice, too, and is great value for money.

Bought this before so purchased again. Smells nice and does the job of helping me sleep, not a miracle worker but helps more often than not. Sanctuary products have always been good quality and packaging looks good too. Good price for what you get.

I have trouble falling asleep. I would love to say that this makes me fall asleep straightaway but it doesn’t as it’s not a magic position. However it does help to unwind and relax as well the smell is magnificent compared to other pillow sleep spray which smells awful and are way more expensive. Good value for money too, 4 starts just because the perfume does not persist that long which is a shame.

It's a beautiful bottle with a really calming unique smell but the biggest issue is the fragrance disappears within 10 minutes of spraying it..... What else is there to say? A shame as I loved the smell.
