easy to attach
the drawstrings on my hoodie were comically long, so i cut several inches off one end and attached this aglet, squeezed closed with the pliers on my leatherman tool. used a lighter to burn off some remaining fringe that stuck out of the seams. aglet is about 23mm long when attached.

Nice aglets!
A little large and hard to put on, but look nice and durable!

Nope, I don't like it!
Thick strings required. Not for most applications.

Just OK. Metal is very flimsy.
First off, these are for large, fat laces. If you need them for regular laces, this isn't what you want.I DID want them for Boot Laces--specifically ParaCord. The metal is very thin and bendable. You can crimp these on with just your fingers...though pliers (used gently) are better. Someone complained about "jagged teeth"--those are the tabs you should fold over...they fit into a slot on the opposite side. But these are very difficult to get on properly. It is very easy to crimp them too much and then you are done...very hard to get them back in shape once you've bent them wrong. And, UNLESS you crimp them on flat-as-a-pancake, you will risk losing them, or catching them on things. In the end I used a tiny drop of Super glue and gently crimped them on. They do work. ...and you do have lots of them if you mess up.Me, I'm looking for some higher quality Aglets.

they are a little longer than expected but work good.
Works great with the crimper tool, hasn't failed me yet been wearing them on ny paracord 550, that i use for laces on my boots for three months now. No complaints.

Get some slow set adhesive
Need to use some adhesive to keep them on 550 cord. I'd recommend E6000 or equivalent.Used standard pliers to crimp and shape to fit. Maybe a crimping tool would be better. They have been on now a few weeks with no sign of coming off.
