Just the right size and cute!
Decent thickness and quality. The colors look just like the picture. I would imagine it will hold up for kindergarten and first grade before we'd have to purchase another one. My daughter is very tiny so we were looking for something that wouldn't seem bigger than she was. I work in an elementary school and I always feel bad for the kinders carrying HUGE backpacks. It does fit a folder and can still close easily. If my daughter was bigger I would have probably gone for the biggest size, but I'm pleased there was a smaller option for her that will still fit a take home folder and lunch box. We are going to be traveling this summer on a plane and this will be just right for her to be able to carry some of her own things without being overly weighed down by a bigger backpack.

This backpack is perfect for my 3-year-old daughter. It has plenty of room for everything she needs for preschool, including her lunch box, water bottle, and extra clothes.
