Yonico 16191 Router Bits

The router bit was not symmetrical, it vibrated significantly to the point of danger. The bit was difficult to remove.Tested my router with my other large bits from well known brands such as Freud and cmt, no worries, they hum smoothly as they should. The yonico bit is in the bin, lesson learnt.

This did pretty good for the inexpensive set up I have. I had to drop the RPM to the lowest to stop it from shaking. That removed 90 percent of the shaking. Granted I had to make 15 passes for the outcome

This is a nice profile and I used it to build some picture frames. The bearing leaves an oily mark/dent in the wood so make sure you don't use too much pressure when you are pushing the wood against the bit. Pretty good for a cheap router bit.

I am making a shadow box with picture frames in it. This bit fit the bill for 8X10 1" wide frames. It gives the frame a distinguished look. Cuts great on red oak.
