Good cover to protect an outdoor cable.

1/2mtr run to cover cable from outdoor power socket to fountain. Pliable but weighty enough to lie flat.

I've a couple of cables which temporarily need to lay cross a door frame/threshold, during renovations and for a while I'd just gaffer taped them down, to the flooring. I'm glad I purchased this as it is substantial enough to cope with a hoover, or wheelbarrow crossing over the cover whilst the cable remains protected, and I no longer trip over the cables when the gaffer tape decides it's done enough sticking thank you very much.I mean I suppose you could use it outside, but it wouldn't prevent water/moisture from sitting around the cable, since you have to slice the bottom open to insert the cable, which doesn't seem the safest of ideas, but on a dry day to help prevent someone tripping over the cable, or it getting walked on, crushed or otherwise messed with, it works.

Does the job as intended.

This is the best cable protector I have purchased, protects cable safely, stays in place when being walked over happy with purchase.

Good thick wire protector. Works well

There were 3 clear channels however the 2 outer channels are only suitable for a lead with no end, you couldn’t feed a lead with an end as small as an Ethernet end through unless you cut each outer channel down the middle with a Stanley blade. The middle channel is fine for 1 x standard power cable and it separates easily for insertion (without cutting!). Lies flat on the floor, was expecting the whole thing to be a bit wider. It’s only suitable for 1 x power cable and 2 thin cables on either side (if you cut the channels first)
