I purchased this reusable gel ice pack for my daughter after her knee surgery, it turned out to be one of the best recovery tools she had. She loved it, the velcro straps are very sturdy and kept the ice pad securely in place without slipping, making it easy to apply and comfortable to wear. It would adjust well to fit different leg sizes. The gel pack stayed cold for hours and was frozen over and over, it held up well and did not lose its effectiveness. It exceeded my expectations and I was so happy she had this to use. If you need reliable cold therapy. I highly recommend this gel pack, it's durable and well worth what I paid.

This is an excellent product. I’ve used it daily for almost a month. The Velcro works well and it freezes quickly. I like that one side of the ice pack has a soft covering. I have had no leakage and the size is great for my knee injury. It is about 1/2 inch thick, and provides some much needed pain relief, the Velcro straps allows you to elevate your leg while alleviating pain. Recommend.

Nice , convenient way to ice my knees, but it does not stay cold as long as i would like . Still will use it because it does feel cold and helps with knee swelling. Wraps around the knee nicely as well.

Excellent ice pack for knee recovering from replacement knee surgery. This was easy to apply and the Velcro strips stick to everything, but they held it together well.

After having trouble with one knee for months now, I decided to order this particular style of ice wrap to try to break the cycle of pain and occasional swelling. It took me a while to get around to trying it, because hoofing up and down stairs to the freezer isn't that comfortable right now. My husband took pity on me and brought the ice wrap up a couple of evenings ago. Wow! I was able to get a much better night's sleep after the session of icing that knee for about 20 minutes. Now that I know it can be very helpful, I'll be using it more frequently! I would recommend using a kitchen dish towel, or a hand towel to wrap around the exterior of the ice pack to protect your skin. You don't want to have the wrap itself come into direct contact with your skin. I found plenty of cool pain relief when using a kitchen dish towel of medium weight as the shield between me and the wrap. The Velcro straps were just the right fit to hold the wrap in place while I enjoyed the soothing session. The wrap doesn't have a scent of its own, but it did pick up the smells of the freezer, reminding me that it's time to change out the baking soda freezer pack boxes. That freezer aroma can be distinctive, and while not unpleasant, it's not exactly like aromatherapy, either.

Using mine to recover from a running injury (IT band syndrome). After weeks of ice cubes in Ziploc bags and then the cheapest ice gel pack at CVS, this was well worth the investment. I wish I would've bought it sooner. I love how it's extremely adjustable and stays right where you strap it, the Velcro is very sturdy so you can even walk around with it. Could fit any leg size comfortably. Stays cold for hours if you need it. Comes with a sealable bag to keep it neatly in your freezer. Very quality product.

Perfect for torn knee ligament injury. The straps aren't too long as other have said, they are long enough to wrap around the knee twice at different areas to hold in place. Velcro fixing, very easy. Provide instant relief. Weight is no issue and comfy to wear, easy to freeze, great value for money

Great recovery product.. after playing sports I applied it as per recommended in the instructions leaflet in the package.. next morning I didn't feel any pair or inflammation that usually felt after playing sports at all. Great simple recovery tool.

A perfect find for me. A very painful torn meniscus had me hobbling around the house for weeks after. Regular pain killers helped a little, but not by much. The time tested treatments of ice to reduce inflammation and pain and heat to encourage healing was a slow tedious process. And where do you get ice packs to sufficiently and evenly cover all he bumps and hard angles that make up the knees. And as knee pain sufferers we’ll know such pain tends to move about without warning. Sometimes above the knee-cap, sometimes to the side or below, and sometimes somewhere apparently unrelated on the thighs of shins. All this makes single ice packs (too small to cover area) and big ones (too inflexible to fit around corners) not particularly helpful. Then you have to deal with the ever increasing freezing of the hands as you try to hold the ice in place. But then by chance I came across the Revix ice wraps. At first glance they appeared a little too expensive to me, but not finding anything better AI took a second look. Ice cold in just a couple of hours in freezer, wrap around the entire knee as well as some above and below the knee could hurt at any point it chose as it would still be covered by ice. Best of all the packs come with straps to hold them in place, leaving your hands warmer for other fun activities. The packs remain cold up to 90 minutes or so, more than about the 30 to 30 minutes I see recommended for any one ice treatment. The only weakness I could find is that they tend to slip down your legs if you walk with them on (the ice packs, not the knees), but that may be a good thing -are you knot supposed to be icing and resting your knee to help them heal anyway? I would highly recommend.
