Great flavor
I took a chance and it paid off. This adds a different flavor and a bit of heat to just about anything. I’ll try some other brands to compare, but I do like this one

DISAPPOINTED Salt and garlic are first ingredients
It seems like false advertising to call this Sichuan Peppercorn powder. Must be why the picture where you can see the ingredients is taken at an obtuse angle.

This is just ok for me. I feel like u have to use a lot to get any flavor payoff and even so, not a real Szechuan flavor. Bought this on sale when I needed more Szechuan peppercorns and my mistake.. if u are looking for that tingly mala flavor this is NOT it
