Highly recommend this brand
This brand does well in reducing inflammation, and I dont have to take as many of them as I do other brands. But I do also like Organic India Turmeric brand, but like I said, I feel I have to take more of them. I try to eat food with black pepper when I take these to help with absorption.

After reading really good things about what curcumin can do for inflammation, I just had to order some to try it out. Although, it's not a startling type of realization, I do know that when I ran out, I experienced little more of an unhealthy reaction which I had taken for granted while taking the curcumin faithfully, especially getting up in the morning. This is a lifetime commitment to always keep a good supply of Dr. Mercola's Curcumin supplement.

Product Too Close to Expiration Date
Product is fine -- and I've been ordering from ZQuared for some time now without incident. However this Advanced Curcumin arrived August 24 with a due date of 12/2018. Most items come dated at least 6 months to a year out. My last bottle, delivered July 17 had a due date of 1/2020.
