is this sunflower oil refined?

Sunflower oils are refined no matter what grade you choose. Almost every oil, with the exception of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, is refined. The exact refining process is different for every oil. This sunflower oil is the best I’ve found for my needs: high oleic and expeller pressed.

I have this in a 2 liter plastic bottle. How do you open it???? The lid just spins around and around. What am I missing??

Can you add this to drinks?

If you normally have a drink that you add Olive oil it vegetable oil to a drink, then sure, this will go down nicely when paired with an aged Chianti
