Unique product that functions well for the money
I've been using this french press for over a month now and love it. It is small, lightweight, and seems to be hefty enough to withstand bumps and dings even though it is single wall titanium. I took the papery/mesh screen off of the normal metal screen and it seems to work just as fine. I read other reviews saying that additional silky screen allowed grounds to get through for whatever reason. I have had little to no grounds get through the filter so far. I mean, it is a french press, so it is inevitable but this one works really well for its size and quality of build. I am happy I bit the 60 dollar bullet and got it. I use it in my office everyday and it is super easy to tear apart and clean then dry which I do every time I use it to keep it in great condition. Eventually I will bring it on camping trips. I am nervous about squishing it in my normally overpacked backpacking bags. I did bring it to a wedding that I camped at with a ton of others and it was quite the conversation piece in the morning. Needless to say, your friends will be jealous. protip: After washing the container, blow through both handle housings to get excess water from sitting in there. I doubt it would rust or cause build up, by why take the chance?

Great French press for 1-2 people.
I've been using this French press daily for the past several weeks. I typically make 2 cups at a time and use coursley ground coffee. This has worked great. There are a few small coffee grinds that get past the filter but I avoid them by not taking the last sip. Very light weight and I've taken it traveling with me, but not camping yet.

good, but the filter sucks
this is a great little French press, however the filter design is not very good. A few modifications could make this much better as the grounds have to be very coarse otherwise they flow through and around the edges of the filter. A little bit more R&D from the company as far as fitting a better stainless mesh filter without the plastic filter would be far superior, or just using the traditional style coiled spring steel to secure the filter since the rubber gasket they use gets gross and is hard to clean. EDIT: i ended up getting a different press due to the rubber gasket being hard to clean and not holding the filter in place as efficiently as a traditional style.

Pretty much perfect and super lightweight
Great coffee. Switching from a Keurig, I doubt I can ever go back - I can’t believe the flavor difference and what I’ve been missing out on. Like others, I was concerned about the polyester filter - I simply removed it so it’s 100% metal, and I get little to no grounds in my coffee. It’s also super lightweight, so I can’t wait to take it on the trails with me!

Simple but premium
Went from my stanley french press to this one because i wanted a more premium feeling product. The color the titanium gets when used on the stove is amazing and the size is perfect for 2 large cups of coffee or filling your yeti

Works well, but very small
I bought it for camping & backpacking. I dring a lot of coffee, and this press is smaller than I thought it would be. Good for one person, but not if you're making coffee for 2-3 people. Only makes a half liter. Good news is it is very light weight, and works well

Best cup of joe
I’ve used an all plastic bpa free GSI French press for years. And it has held up for years. I’ve been looking for a non plastic alternative not made in China. I realized soon after using this Japanese product that my previous coffee method imparted a plastic taste! I removed the polyester lining and although some larger bits of ground settle on my poured cup, there is less micro grounds than my GSI. This one checked all the boxes.

Living up to its reputation Snow Peak vs AeroPress
My verdict: Snow Peak. Weight: Snow Peak is lighter Easiness to use: Snow Peak. AeroPress needs to press over a cup. Hygiene: AeroPress. Upgraded the filter to stainless steel mesh (indestructible and easy to clean) Snow Peak, probably cannot change the pvc mesh. (Would be awesome if Snow Peak improve the mesh to a stainless steel or titanium) Price: AeroPress is more affordable. Travel: Snow Peak, easier to carry around while traveling.

Multi-tasker
It looks great. Haven’t use it but I’ve already thought of another use..the tall & narrow build would work great with my handheld blender!

Satisfied
Worth the money, I’ve had this for a few months now and from making coffee in the back 40 so you don’t have to walk up to the house or in the Ontario backcountry I haven’t had a problem. I was worried it would be some weird titanium alloy but Without any water I oxidized the pot and it blued like titanium would. Extremely lightweight. Reading the reviews others have complained about coffee grinds finding their way into your cup. Using corse grind and it’s very minimal for me at least.

Ultraleicht und hochwertig
Sehr hochwertig verarbeitet.
