I have this smoothie for breakfast and eat other food for other meals & snacks, so I easily reach my goal. Mixes extremely well in my Ninja blender cup. No residue left. I'm not totally crazy about the flavor. Has a bit of a strange taste (the vanilla flavor), but mixed with other powders of different flavors it shines through. The taste is good. It has less sodium than the pre made Premier Protein drinks. I do not think it mixes well in coffee even if you use a whisk to mix it. it separates and ends up on top of the coffee. I have used it in fruit smoothies and it mixes but makes a very thick smoothie
