Batteries do not hold a charge.
The charger and cord are fine, both batteries have a horrible battery life, less than half an hour when recording (at 30fps 720). They also looked used, as does the charger.

Cheap replacement - 80% capacity of original
I bought this mainly for the USB charger. The batteries as I expected didn't have the rated capacity. It's shrunken and lighter compared to the OEM battery. My 6 year old OEM battery gave 78 min of run time while this new one after a full charge managed 57 min. The USB charger delivered 3.53Wh of energy which roughly correlates with the run time difference between OEM and this battery. As it ages, it is only going to degrade further. If you need the full rated capacity and longevity you are better off buying the original.

Apres une heure d'enregistrement de vidéo avec ma Go Pro Hero 4 la batterie est plate ... Alors que je les ai achetées pour remplacer celle d'origine qui tenait apres 7 ans toujours aisément plus d'une heure et demie. Donc vendeur très correct mais produit à éviter.
