I ordered dual display in Celsius and Farenheit, due to we used both measures in our applications of quick reading.We received both Thermometers in Farenheit.. Your picture shows both temperatures in display

These are very professional thermometers that work great and you can have for a long time in your home.

Finally, I received my order (Tel-Tru LT225R), but a little disappoint. Amazon website shows this thermometer with dual scale Celsius and Fahrenheit, and Item number #23100085. But the thermometer I received, Case shows item number is #23100856, Thermometer Dial Shows item number is #23100056 and only Fahrenheit. I reduce 2 stars, 1 for not my really want, 1 for shipping so long (2 weeks).

I use this with a Medelco 12-Cup Glass Stovetop Whistling Kettle to check the temperature before I pour it into a cup. Works great!
