I fidget more than a 38 year old woman should. It is quite ridiculous to be honest. Either way these were a great way to manage it. Fit can be altered and they look like average rings. But I no longer wear them. Why, you may ask. THIS RING TURNED MY FINGER GREEN WITHIN 3 HOURS. 3 HOURS!! I tried the trick where you paint the inside with clear nail varnish to reduce this... The ring recognised this and in response attacked me using the balls on the top. During the fidgeting, my hands were covered by this grey/black/rusty metal colour from the balls. Lines appeared all over my hands. It was a full war. I gave in. They are in a drawer.

Finger picker when anxious so find these help without looking to obvious. Easy to adjust the size aswell. Not flimsy and actually look great

Estos anillos son muy bonitos, y quedan muy bien. Puedes llevar uno, dos o todos! Tienen un aspecto fino, muy lindos... y cuando te es necesario, tienen las bolitas para girar que te ayudan a controlar el estrés (igual es más placebo, pero a mi me va bien).

Je voulais m'acheter des bagues pour faire " jolies ' et visitant le site on m'a proposé Ces 4 bagues antistress ! D'une elles sont très belles et les petites boules que l'on fait Bouger sont réellement antistress !pour patienter dans la salle d'attente du médecin.. Je n'ais pas vue le temps passer alors que j'ai attendu 2heures! Trop bien bravo fallait y penser !!
