Way better than I expected! Super comfy.
My teen wanted a bean bag chair and I thought "ew really, they're kind of terrible aren't they"? But I shopped around and finally settled on this for a birthday present. I stand corrected, it's actually pretty great! Although it was more than I planned to spend, it's much more comfy than I expected and I love that it doesn't take up a ton of space. Things we love about it: • It doesn't take up a lot of space - it can easily be stood up in a corner of the room and takes up very little floor space. • It's surprisingly supportive - once you get into it, it really forms to you all of your curves. • With a pillow behind your head it makes an amazing movie watching seat. • You can lay down on it or if you have it in the vertical position, you can sit down in it like a chair and it's quite comfy that way even for an adult. • The cover is easily removed and it's washable. • While it seemed expensive to me at first, when I compared the prices with places like pottery barn kids/teen, it was actually a bargain - and a more space saving design. What we don't love: • It's a little stinky - we've only had it for 2 weeks so I'm hoping it will mellow out a bit. It's not super strong - definitely not bad enough to keep us away from it, but if you're super sensitive to smells you might not like it. Honestly I don't really smell it unless I bury my face in it. All in all, we're super happy with the purchase. I might even consider getting the optional head/arm rest at some point, although for now a large squishmallow is a great substitute. :)

Comfy, relaxing, and even kids love it!
So, will admit, was a bit skeptical of the marketing before purchasing, wondering if this just a really pricey, albeit differently shaped, bean bag chair. Was it worth the hype? I bought for my wife about 2 months ago, who has a bad beck, and often has pain in her neck, shoulders, etc. Also, a high-stress household. However, the chair is very comfy, relieves stress, and helps to somewhat relieve her pain areas. What was surprising to us is how much the kids like it. In fact, that might be a downside, as my wife often has trouble getting to use it, since the kids will use it whenever they can. On the good end of that though, it really helps to relieve stress and be able to calm down our 8yo daughter. Which is big bonus. It's a bit on the pricey side, yes, but already, well worth the price. In our 2 adult, 2 kid household, it gets used by us all...daily. So I'm happy to say the skepticism I initially had is without merit - we all love this product and am so glad we got it.

Good product, wrong covers, not a good fit
I received this today. I was so very excited because it was not supposed to arrive for another 5 days. I ordered three pieces, the head rest, the ottoman and the bean bag chair. I unfortunately have to send it back. It was comfortable, the quality was there. However, it only gets 4 stars because the cover of the chair had a couple of small holes in it, looked like moth holes (Im sure it was not, just using that as a description) Also they sent me two foot rest covers and no head rest cover. I didn't have any problem putting the covers on. It did take two people to cover the chair, only due to awkwardness. It is much larger than expected and does not fit into the space. The color was perfect and was a perfect match for the space. I read many reviews where people said "their are not enough beans in the bag". My problem is there are so many beans in the bag that it does not conform easily to my shape. I could try to take some of them out and then try sitting on it, it may work better. But I don't want to mess with it and ruin it and not be able to send it back if it does not solve my problem. I don't really want it to return to the long size when I stand up, I would like it to hold the shape after I sit in it. Due to this, it will not be able to stay in my space. So, unfortunately, I have to send it back. I tried so hard to get it into the designated space, but just not able to do so.

Great for college dorms
I bought this for my child who is at college . I was looking for something he could put under his college bed when it was raised up (like aloft bed). A regular bean bag seemed too high and too small to relax in. This was perfect. It a bit pricey but it went over well. I purchased the grey color because it goes with everything. I did, of course try it out. It was comfortable and I was thinking of keeping for myself, haha. That was definitely not happening. He told me he is really glad I bought it. I didn’t get any of the add ons. Glad I bought it.

Too small/waste of $
I was concerned when I opened the box and there were white pebble balls floating around the packaging. Then I had to put the cover on the pod which was like fighting a rabid badger. This thing is not as big as they portray on the commercial. I think it’s too small for me and I’m only 5’1! I should have returned it but the return window closed before I could make up my mind to keep it. It is comfortable, but difficult to get out of after sitting. At this point, I wouldn’t pay $100 for this thing and now every time I walk by it or sit in, I’m reminded of the money I wasted and have built quite a resentment against the thing. Like how I refer to it as “thing”. I just read a review about shipping costs to return are $250 or something like that. I’ve not really bonded with it so if things change- like the commercial says, I will update my review.🙄

Love this chair!!
I love my Moon Pod. I purchased this pod for my mom room… a place where I meditate and relax from the rest of the family. I bought all three pieces. This is well worth the initial investment. This chair feels amazing. It cradles every part of my body. You sink into the chair without touching the bottom. The beads provide support without uncomfortable pain spots. The neck support is a must if you wish to relax and recline. This chair is also comfortable for my husband as well. I have loved this chair from the beginning. My husband on the other hand is super cynical, type A, never relax type of guy. He is also a permanent and total 100% disabled vet. He has back, knee and mobility issues. It took me around two weeks to convince him to sit in the chair. He sat down and completely melted into the chair. The chair gave him support where he needed it. He relaxed for an hour. It’s the first chair that we have that does not cause him any pain. I purchased this for myself but, seeing him comfortable without pain meds is an amazing bonus.

Perfect guest bed!!
I love these. I used thev1st purchase as a bed in the living room. Better than sleeping on a couch. Bought the 2nd to keep at my sister's since she doesn't have a guest room. 😀

Decent but too expensive
It’s a comfy little bag for sure, we’ve only had it a week but it’s nice to plop down into and watch a little tv but it’s not worth $300. I wish it had a handle or something to move it, it’s a bit awkward to pick up and it gets fuzzy and static cling if dragged across the floor or rug. It’s a good bean bag chair but that’s really all it is. A bean bag chair. You could likely get one comparable at a swap meet for $50.
