We have an ice cream machine for parties, and I have a hard time finding toasted coconut that tastes good. It's usually either too done and tastes burned, or has chocolate flavor to it, but THIS IS AMAZING! I didn't know if we would like it because it's unsweetened, but alas, it is wonderul. Great size, finely ground toasted coconut that is cooked perfectly-not overdone and burnt. Now, I just need larger quantities. VERY good purchase, and I'll be ordering more for our summer parties!

So good! This coconut is sweet, crispy, and adds the perfect touch to desserts. I love it sprinkled on fruit or yogurt parfaits—it gives a tropical twist that makes everything feel a little extra.

Has a weird smell like it’s old product that’s been sitting in the plastic bag too long. Maybe I got an old batch but I won’t be buying again

Excellent crunchy fresh toasted coconut.

I make chocolate bird nests with macadamia eggs for spring holidays and these shreds are longer than the regular coconut sheds which makes my nests look more realistic [if you can call chocolate nests realistic at all]. Along with the texture, I love the toasted flavor it gives to the nest without any added sugar. I only make 1”-2” nests (small treats) so I use half a macadamia nut for each egg. Product comes boxed for protection.

My only complaint is I was hoping for larger pieces, not sure if it was made this way or jostled in transport - more the size of stone ground grits than how it looks in photo. It is very tastyn
