Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Complex for Women, L-Theanine, Apigenin 50mg

This stuff is by far the best bang for your buck!I have recommended it to several people for the past few years and every person has loved it.If you know the main three supplements in this blend, then you know it’s $150 bucks to buy them individually for roughly 3-month supply. This bottle punches way above it’s weight!

Works good

⭐⭐⭐⭐The Magnesium Glycinate Complex 1000mg with L-Theanine 200mg Apigenin 50mg Citrate Taurate Supplement is a comprehensive blend that offers support for sleep and muscle health, earning a solid four-star rating from me. This formula contains a range of ingredients known for their relaxation and muscle-supporting properties, including magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, apigenin, and more. One important note is that it's crucial to take this supplement with food. Without proper food intake, it can lead to nausea, which is why I'm deducting one star from my rating. However, when taken as directed with a meal, I experienced no adverse effects and noticed improvements in my sleep quality and muscle recovery. What sets this supplement apart is its unique blend of ingredients, each chosen for its specific benefits. The inclusion of 5-HTP, GABA, passion flower, and lemon balm further enhances its calming effects, while L-glycine, phosphatidylserine, and ashwagandha contribute to overall muscle health and relaxation.I appreciate that this supplement is made in the USA and adheres to clean manufacturing standards. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the comprehensive formula provides a holistic approach to sleep and muscle support.Overall, the Magnesium Glycinate Complex with L-Theanine Apigenin Citrate Taurate Supplement is a top-quality product that offers significant benefits for sleep and muscle health. Just be sure to take it with food to avoid any potential nausea. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love this supplement. Helps me to relax so much and my body feels relaxed too. I have multiple bottles and love to have some at bed time or when I’m feeling stressed out.

Great combination. Have ordered several times

Worked extremely great

After taking for one week my HRV has gone up at night as measured by my garmin watch. My sleep score has increased as well. I feel like I wake up less number of times during the night and therefore feel more rested. this is backed up by my watch as well. So bottom line I feel better and the scores support the improvements!

Took this on the recommendation of a friend. It gave me night sweats and every other night I slept 6 hours, the off nights I was lucky to get 3 hours, not at one time. I did take it with food, but still got stomach upset. I quit after a week since it wasn't getting any better.

Second time buying these they seem to work well
