Fast Delivery, Disappointing Service
Ordered Glen 4 Burner Stove (Model 1043) during the Amazon Festival Saleโdelivery was impressively quick, just 2 days. The stove looks decent, but I had ordered the all-black variant and received one with steel sides. Too early to comment on durability. What disappointed us was the serviceโGlen called for a demo two days after delivery and asked for โน250 upfront, which felt unfair as demos are usually free. Overall, not a great experience.

Affordable and durable stove
Stove is good, looks durable and affordable.will recommend it.There is a hidden installation charge(if you need installation), which company will call and ask later, should have been mentioned in the description itself.

Compact size with light weight
We had old glen 4 burner stove purchased 10 year back with sturdy body with good glass. Burners also good. New glen stove with same model is lightweight with very top thin glass. Though standard 1 year warrenty and 5 years on burner is given by manufacturer we are not sure about quality as we compared with our old glen stove. Hope new one works well. Right now it's working fine.

Knob indicator
Stove as also after sales service good. Suggestion: The knobs should have an mark/ an indicator visible so we can know when it is 'OFF' position.
