After dealing with a stubborn virus that left lingering chest and throat congestion, I tried mullein tea and it honestly surprised me. Within a day or two, I noticed the mucus felt thinner and easier to clear. Instead of that heavy, stuck feeling, my chest gradually felt more open and less irritated. The tea itself is mild and earthy, not unpleasant at all, and it was soothing to sip when my throat was scratchy. What stood out most was how gently it worked. It didn’t feel harsh or drying; instead, it seemed to loosen mucus naturally, making coughing more productive and less exhausting.

I picked this up after doing some personal research and learning that mullein can be great for sinus issues. On its own, the taste isn’t for me—it’s blegh—but mix it with a little honey or pair it with chamomile tea, and it tastes amazing! Definitely easier to enjoy with another flavor added.

I don't see that this is effective at clearing chest congestion/lungs, this product is not very tasteful. I maybe expecting too much for this type of product, perhaps it takes more time and maybe I should drink it more frequently. I. going to mix it with other types of tea and see if this helps, problem is finding the right type of tea that complement it.

Nicely packaged in resealable bag, bags do not break apart during brewing or tab removal. It brews up to a mild brown color (see photos attached). The flavor is extremely mild, I didn't add anything extra to change its' mild flavor. It tastes like brewed mullein, nothing offensive about it. I took a swallow then pressed my tongue up to the roof of my mouth and exhaled and what I could taste was brewed mullein, I can't describe it any other way. I was going to add honey if needed, but there is absolutely no need to change the the flavor because it is very mild. I am thinking of making a pitcher of it and refrigerating it for day long drinking as I do with my mint tea. I bought this tea because of a slight congestion I have had for a couple of weeks in hopes it'll help clear it out of me, however, today is only my first time drinking it, I'll update after a few days with results. So far I am extremely pleased and would buy this product again for its pleasantries alone, but medicinal results will be gladly appreciated.
