This is the only cane sugar substitute that I can use. It tastes the most like traditional sugar compared to every other substitute out there, but with a much healthier profile than cane sugar. I use it for cooking, baking, and in beverages wherever I'd like to reduce sugar content. For baking everything from cakes, muffins, or pies, etc, I use it at a 1:1 ratio in place of sugar and can't tell any difference in taste - so this earns an A+ in my kitchen for all of my baking needs. It's definitely a must-have for baking. A container lasts me a reasonable amount of time, and the price point makes it an economical alternative.
