So far, so good. It would appear that TV manufacturers have decided that nobody needs analog sound outputs on TV's any more. I recently bought a so-called Smart TV, and would you not know it? All I had were eARC HDMI and TOSLink optical outputs. My analog sound system was left stranded, and I had to make do with the anemic sound of the TV speaker. This thing to the rescue. One beautifully thought-out piece of equipment. Plug in either the optical or eHDMI input (or both, and switch at will on the TV), and get glorious analog sound output from BOTH a headphone jack AND RCA connectors. Then at the same time, grab a long TOSlink cable and grab an output to send to a different system. Make sure to buy the option that has all the basic cables included, then make sure to get the extra cables needed.

it works. Sound quality is good and was very easy to setup. With DACs though you will sometimes get loud pops, which is the case with this. While it works and sounds great and was compatible with all my equipment, it does get that pop between signals.

I had so many cheap ones that would only last about a year, I finally decided to spend more and get a good one. This one has out-lasted all the others and it works great.

Product didn't work. The charger was bad. Even after getting a replacement charger from my personal supply, the product didn't work. I missed the return window. So, I threw it in the trash.

I discovered too late that my LG TV did not provide a headphone jack. Furthermore, my soundbar - - old, but very good - - accepted only an optical connection. Therefore, I needed a box that could pass an optical signal through to the soundbar while at the same time sending output to a headphone jack. This unit does exactly that, and more, if you need it. Delighted! Price is reasonable, too. Construction seems good. Supplied cables are of good quality.

TV‘s ARC to fibre for the amplifier, easy to hook up. Comes with HDMI cable (I need) and audio cable (don't need), saving trouble. Inexpensive and practical equipment.

Lo compre para conectar un home theater sony muy viejo, fácil de conectar, funciona perfectamente.

El producto no funciona bien en HDMI ARC ya que cuando se conecta a la televisión esta comienza a fallar enviando el audio a la TV y de regreso al HDMI , use varios cables varias configuraciones en la TV (lg nano) y ninguna funciono, lo regrese e inmediatamente me regresaron el dinero , pero compre otra marca y esta otra funciono a la primera, así que no era problema de mi televisor si no del producto.
