Easy to build, perfect for use at architects drawing board. Comfy, movable arm rests and adjustable foot rest bar. What not to like !

I wanted a chair that moves up with my standing desk and has a built in foot rest. This chair is perfect, the seat is wide and comfortable, easy to mount, and moves up and down easily. I asked the seller why the wheels were a it tricky on carpet and they responded promptly saying to make it safer, but are sending me another set for free. Very helpful and friendly service - I would recommend this chair and the company that sells it.

I had an issue with a component, but contacted the after sale support via email, and solved the issue swiftly by sending a new piece. Now the chair is up and running. It's very comfortable and exactly as described.

The wheels don't roll, the chair wobbles, it's lightweight and feels cheap. Honestly, I hate this chair. It's the biggest waste of money I've ever spent and to top it off I can't return it as it cannot be taken apart once built. Amazon support are unable to help and I'm stuck with this heap of junk.

I'm sitting on this chair as I write this review and I'm very pleased with it. It is very comfortable and good quality - well worth the price. It's very useful for working at higher desks, as well as at standard ones. At its lowest setting, my feet are flat on the floor. At its highest, my feet are about 12cm above the floor on the foot-rest. It came with wheels which locked in place when I sat on the chair. As I found this a bit awkward, the sellers sent me a set of non-locking wheels at no extra charge. Great service!

Seat is very comfortable and supportive but castor rollers not fit for purpose . I had to buy a new set or rollers from Amazon ( £24.95 and excellent)

Instructions were very clear. I could have managed without shipping an extra screw and washer for everything. I agree with other comments about the castors not being the best, but it was replacing an old office chair so I simply swapped those onto this chair.
